By engaging with the financial consulting services offered by Wrights Consulting LLC ("Wrights Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Wrights Consulting provides professional financial consulting services designed to assist Clients in achieving their financial goals. Services include, but are not limited to:

Budgeting and cash flow management guidance. Retirement planning strategies. Investment planning education (not including specific investment advice or management).Debt management strategies (excluding credit repair services).Financial goal setting and personalized financial action plans. Wrights Consulting does not provide credit repair services, investment advisory services, or legal or tax advice. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as results depend on individual circumstances and market conditions.

3. Client Obligations

To receive services, Clients are required to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful financial information. Execute all necessary agreements and authorization forms. Respond promptly to requests from Wrights Consulting for additional information or clarification. Submit required documentation, such as proof of income, financial statements, or identification, as requested.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services at Wrights Consulting’s sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as outlined during the onboarding process. Payment terms include:

A non-refundable one-time onboarding fee of $500, due prior to the commencement of services (unless otherwise agreed in writing).Monthly or project-based service fees, if applicable, which will be automatically processed via the Client’s selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Wrights Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our consulting services and the resources expended upon initiation, all sales are final. Wrights Consulting does not provide refunds for services rendered or fees paid after services have begun.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Wrights Consulting makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, including but not limited to wealth accumulation, debt reduction, or investment performance. Each Client’s financial situation is unique, and results vary based on individual efforts, market conditions, and third-party actions.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

Any fees paid by the Client are non-refundable. Wrights Consulting will cease providing services, and the Client’s access to ongoing services will be revoked.

Wrights Consulting reserves the right to terminate services immediately for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment, non-compliance with Client obligations, or violation of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Wrights Consulting is committed to safeguarding your personal and financial information. Client data will be used solely for the purpose of providing consulting services and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law or to comply with legal processes. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrights Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Wrights Consulting is not responsible for financial decisions made by Clients or outcomes influenced by third parties, including financial institutions or market conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

11. Amendments to Terms

Wrights Consulting reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on our website at
